- 1 c pineapple, chopped
- 1/2 c carrot, chopped
- 1/2 c orange juice
- 1/2 tbsp fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp ground ginger)
Add the pineapple, carrot, orange juice and ginger in a blender and process until smooth. Garnish with orange zest and pineapple.
