Pineapple Carrot & Orange Smoothie with Ginger


Cool off with a refreshing, delicious smoothie that is low in calories and packed with vitamins and minerals.



Ingredients:
Yields 1 serving
160 calories

  • 1 c pineapple, chopped 
  • 1/2 c carrot, chopped 
  • 1/2 c orange juice 
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp ground ginger)

Directions:

Add the pineapple, carrot, orange juice and ginger in a blender and process until smooth.  Garnish with orange zest and pineapple.
